Alex graduated from the University of England with a BSc (Geology), and then later completed an Associate Diploma in Mining and Mineral Technology at the WA School of Mines, Kalgoorlie. Since graduating she has gained over two years experience as an Exploration Geologist, which is complimented with over 10 years additional experience within the mining and exploration industry including work as an underground surveyor.
Alex has worked with a wide range of companies including Leviathan Resources, GHD Group, Williams Australia, Posgold and WMC. Over that time she has gained experience in developing and managing field operations and crews, planning drill programs, open pit survey work and 3D modelling. She has worked with a range of commodities including gold, nickel and iron ore, in the West Australian goldfields, Victoria and Tasmania.
In addition to her field logistical skills, Alex has advanced data management and GIS skills. |
