Helen is an exploration and development geologist with 15 years industry experience. Since graduating from UWA with Honours, Helen has gained a broad range of experience in many commodities and geological terrains throughout Australia. She has worked in VHMS, Archaean and Proterozoic Au, Proterozoic IOCG, epithermal Ag, iron ore, MVT Pb-Zn and industrial minerals. She has worked for a range of companies, including Hunter/Equinox Resources (3 yrs) where she developed excellent targeting and field logistical skills and was involved in the discovery of the Dalgaranga and Nimary gold deposits, EMC (4 yrs) where she developed strong project and contract management skills while experiencing a wide range of commodities, and Placer Dome Asia Pacific (3 yrs) where she evaluated and targeted Western Australian exploration projects.
Most recently she managed a exploration by Digirock at Kagara Zinc's giant Admiral Bay MVT deposit. Drilling involved holes to 1.6km depth, with >1km deep precollars using an on-shore oil and gas rig with conventional diamon tail and wedges.
